Booking and preparing for a session is quite easy! This page will give you an idea of what the entire process is like. I look forward to working with you, and if you ever have a question, please feel free to contact me!
Before The Session
Take a look around the website! Look at the galleries posted on the front page to get an idea of my work. Once you’re ready to book a session, click on the Book A Session image on the front page. That will direct you to a form that I would like for you to fill out. This is the first step in booking your session! Within 24-48 hours, I’ll be in contact with you to finalize your date and time. Shortly afterwards, I’ll email you an invoice for your sitting fee. This will need to be paid within 5 days of receiving it in order for your date and time to be held. The week before the session, I’ll contact you to discuss what you would like during the session!
During the Session
This is where the fun begins! Your session is held at a location of your choice, or one of mine! This is when you show me your personality! I feel the best time for a session is mid-morning and late afternoon or early evening! Having a session in the middle of the afternoon makes it very difficult to avoid shadows. It’s not impossible, but it makes for a hard session. The session takes around an hour, maybe even longer! I’m very flexible with the time, as long as I don’t have another session afterwards. I’m constantly trying new things, but please feel free to give me your ideas as well.
After the Session
Your session will be featured on my blog around 2 weeks after your session! You gallery will be posted shortly after that. You have a 14 day gallery preview of your session where you can share with friends and family. You can’t purchase images from the gallery. You will need to go through me. Once you receive your gallery, you may choose 40 images. Once you choose your images, I’ll put them on a CD and put them in the mail or deliver them if it’s convenient for both of us. Overall, it will take 4-6 weeks to receive your CD. Please plan accordingly, especially if you need pictures back by a certain time!
